A Rajasthani song - which resonates with my heart completely!

I have always been in love with Rajasthan - Bharat ka Registhan! I think the first time I saw Rajasthan was in the movie Lamhe, which I watched in my 12th grade (in 1992) !Was it since then? Or before? I really can't remember now ! 

But all I know is - I love that state.. the desert...the heat by the day and the cold by night...the simple but traditional people there.. the havelis.. the sweets.. the food.. the vibrant COLORS of Rajasthan.. the lovely bangles and other jewellery pieces the ladies of Rajasthan wear ... the songs they sing in the night...

I have not yet been there.. but some day, I promise myself, that I will go there.. and experience Registhan ...And yes, I have heard that one has to adorn the traditional dress of Rajasthan, and go for a safari in the desert, on top of a camel, or else "Registhan dil khol kar baat nahin karenge humse" ! 😇

And from Rajasthan again, I stumbled upon this gem of a song...absolutely heart-wrenching song, at the same time, soulful ! Hats off to the lyricists who wrote the song and the talented people who sang it...
